No refund policy:
At Hira Ameer we don’t offer any refund policy but our customers can exchange with the help of our exchange policy mentioned below:
Articles can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order. Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present or the online order confirmation email. Also, state a valid reason for requesting an exchange, such as if the article is defected, or if we sent the incorrect size. If the received item is defected or incorrect then the article will be picked up from the customer’s doorstep.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Free delivery all over Pakistan.
Exchange Charges :
Although Hira Ameer does not burden their clients with delivery charges, in case of exchange of articles, the customer has to pay the pickup/delivery charges.
TIME OF EXCHANGE:
Report the issue regarding the received item within 3 days. The article must be exchanged within 7 days of being received. It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.
SALE ITEMS:
Articles purchased on discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange except for a change in size if the wrong size has been sent (if the size is available).
Note:
Your shipment could get delayed during Festivals, Pandemics, or due to adverse weather conditions. We will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
